For a quick healthy Sunday stir fry chop some vitamin rich carrots & potassium loaded courgettes and stir fry in Tesco stir fry oil. It contains garlic, sesame oil & ginger, is tasty and spares extra chopping on a lazy night. Shhh. No-one will know. Throw in some quorn vegetarian sausages or hot dogs for protein. Serve with egg noodles cooked in vegetable stock.
