Thursday in the Frame

Today was a good day – a reminder of life before my lungs and immune system started misbehaving. Met a dear friend for coffee and a heart to heart at Starbucks. Treated myself to a manicure and pedicure at lovely new nail bar who used lush Essie colours. Boosted self-esteem and banished greys with L”Oreal Castings dye and Coloured Ombré kit. Celebrated the birth of the divine Elizabeth Taylor and took heed of her excellent advice.

Pink Sunday

Naughty lungs and gale force storms have kept me inside all week but there was some blessed sunshine today so I grabbed my lipstick and dashed out for a walk. Today seemed to have a pink theme to it too. Treated myself to new skincare regime from L’Oreal after many months of hospital wards, quarantine and Winter have dulled my complexion. Plus it’s probably about time I started using serum *coughs age quietly*

Wore one of my current lipstick obsessions MUA in Shade 4. Love its subtle pink lip balm texture.

Which matched my Essie pastel pink nails. Still chip free after nearly a week. All hail Essie!

Got tempted by a hot pink kitsch kitten makeup purse.

Before coming home and collapsing in bed with pink nosed Mitzi for an afternoon nap.

Time to catch some zzzz’s before frock watching the Baftas this evening. Have a great Sunday.
